Our services include clinical movement therapy and rehabilitation for minor acute and chronic conditions, as well as movement confidence coaching, natural movement training, and resistance training. Regardless of service, the principles of efficient, natural and practical movement as well as person centred evidence-based practice underpin all of what we do.
Here we provide gentle clinical services for those suffering from injuries and pain form our relaxing private, one-on-one movement clinic located in the heart of the Marine National Park in St Ouen.
We offer a unique approach that combines high-quality, evidence-based clinical care with gentle natural movement and soft tissue therapy, for optimal rehabilitation. You will embark on a rehabilitation journey that will leave you with much more than just pain-free movement.
For those who just need a little more personal support before they feel ready to get outside and move in nature, we also provide private one-on-one support from our movement clinic in St Ouen.
Our unique approach focuses developing your physical literacy from the ground up, using our unique natural movement curriculum. Here we take a much slower, gentle more regressed therapeutic approach aiming to gently restore the foundations of your physical competence and confidence while also enhancing your knowledge, understanding, and behaviours towards physical activity.

For some a hybrid of natural movement training and more traditional resistance methods of training is the perfect combination. We think so too, and know that both offer huge benefits.
With over 20 years of strength training expertise we offer a combination of both unconventional and conventional strength training methods such as kettlebell, clubbell, callisthenics, plyometrics, dumbbell, barbell, and medicine ball training.
In addition to decades of proven success, what sets us apart, is the understanding of creating balance and harmony between the two, making strength training fit you, and not the other way around. We ensure that an optimum balance is developed where you move with both efficiency and skill (ie how you were designed), as well as with more intensity (ie capacity to generate and absorb force).
